The staff is FABULOUS!! Courteous, warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and nice sized, kitchenette was nicely equipped. We did not have breakfast at the hotel though. Did I mention the staff? They were FABULOUS!! :) Give them all raises!!

We stayed in a very comfortable apartment in a peaceful location, just a short walk from Gloucester Road Underground station. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
