Good location. Well-run hotel. It was nice to have breakfast downstairs, if you wanted. Some healthy choices: oranges, bananas, apples, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs. You can walk to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park; really beautiful, natural areas. Many cafes, restaurants nearby. Buses nearby. Paddington Station not too far.

Excellent location, close to several different tube stations for different lines - I mostly used Bayswater and Queensway stations, each quite walkable. Close to many high-street facilities and excellent restaurants (try Sadaf, Persian, excellent food, and just around the corner), but quiet as the hotel itself is in a residential square. The Royal Park Kensington Gardens is about ten minutes' walk away and very pleasant. Room was small and with basic facilities but you can't expect miracles in London for the price I paid. Room was nice and clean, en suite was small but not as small as some I've seen! Everything worked. Reception friendly and competent. A single passkey works for your room and the front door, no complications.

The hotel is nice and very well located. The neighborhood is charming and there are many markets, stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was so polite and helpful. It was a nice stay.
