Check in was great, location brilliant, nice quiet street overlooking gardens in the square. The room was big enough and clean and modern.

We were a little worried due to bad review but we stayed in room 23 a twin room and it was perfect! Lots of room and lovely bathroom! Bed was so comfy!

I thought that it was very good value for what we paid. The location was excellent, just about three blocks from the tube station, cafes and restaurants. There were two young women who worked in reception who were very helpful and courteous.

Great location! Albeit a bit small, the room was clean and well kept, so it made up for it, especially since I only really used it for sleeping. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall, really good!
