The building is beautiful and the room tastefully decorated and immaculate. The staff are really kind and helpful and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is great, it takes around 7 or 8 minutes to walk into central Victoria and the theatres/restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

My room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a bit more personality than a lot of hotels. Location was very convenient - only 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Staff were friendly and helpful,

Elegant townhouse hotel in a super location near to Victoria coach station and train and bus stations. Not far from Westminster and Buckingham Palace .Excellent bus services from Victoria to most places.The rooms are comfortable and very clean with lovely toiletries and complimentary tea and coffee.The breakfast supplied was excellent with a buffet continental breakfast and cooked breakfast options .Tea and coffee including cappuccino ,latte etc and hot chocolate all included as was freshly squeezes orange juice.The staff were all lovely.We had accidentally booked the basement wizarding themed bedroom which was quirkily furnished and came with additional breakfast options all very enjoyable!The beds were extremely comfortable.

Location was awesome. Close to hop on hop off bus and Victoria train and coach stations. Walkable to Buckingham Palace. Emil and his team went out of his way to treat my daughter to a lovely birthday card and treat and was absolutely lovely and helpful. Thanks a bunch for the welcoming stay! Also try the eggs royale at the restaurant for breakfast. It's delish!
