Goreme Palace Cave Suites

Great location with a fantastic view from the roof. We enjoyed taking pictures and watching the balloons lift off in the morning. Staff was exceptional and arranged tours and a dinner for a great price! The breakfast included in the hotel rate was the best I’ve had at any hotel! It was made to order with a very large variety. I’d return in a heartbeat

Khan was so friendly and helpful. He looked after us so well!! The breakfast was delicious with huge variety and the views from the restaurant and balcony and rooftop were incredible!! We had an amazing view of the balloons very close by and above us. It’s a fairytale location and a close walk to the main village. I highly recommend Goreme Palace. The bathroom was immaculate and windows in the room gave you that extra ventilation if needed being a cave room but warm and cosy during cold nights.

We loved the atmosphere, the Turkish traditional style and the rooftop terrace. The view from up there was breathtaking!

I really loved this place, honestly it was in the top 3 highlights of our stay in Cappadocia, and for something so reasonably priced as this, that's a big praise. The staff was sweet and helpful, we stayed for 8 days, and they were really available throughout, easy to just check in with for a friendly chat, or ask for small nuggets or advice on our day's activities. I heard they helped other travellers organise balloon rides and horse rides, we had everything booked already, but clearly they go the extra mile for their guests. Our room was really pretty, we had the cutest private balcony, but the big communal balcony on the rooftop is unbelievable and there is another big, covered terrace area with seating, that's really comfy and cosy. One of the days was a bit rainy so we just stayed there for hours looking out to the city, and they were really nice to fix us some hot teas from the kitchen, (there's also a small tea station in the room). The whole place is charming and eclectic, it's not a luxury hotel with all perfect details, it's really wonky and handmade and even hodgepodge, we really loved that. The breakfast spread was plentiful and tasty, it's not a bufet, so you don't have to share with anyone, you just get lots of stuff to yourself. It's mostly the same every morning, but there's a little bit of everything, sweet, savoury, fruit, veg, so I didn't mind that at all. My companion consistently demolished his half, I could eat maybe half of my share then packed the rest into a little tupperware I always travel with and took it with me for a light lunch / snack to have it out and about. It was a lot of food, so that's great. And also breakfast is from 8 to 11 (!), so even if you go out for a morning balloon ride / horse ride, or you sleep until super late you never have to rush back for it. :D

Location is very good, breakfast was great everyday, the rooms were very nice, rooftop view. Plus for us that there were dogs at the place as we love them. Khan was very helpful everytime, taking care of reservations and giving us information.

Khan was a fantastic host! He provided lots of helpful information and ensured we had a great stay for our anniversary. The room was very large and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the bath.

This is a really nice place where to stay during your visit of Goreme and Cappadocia. The decoration of the street is very beautiful (people take pictures there), the hotel is very cosy, it has rooftop, very nice rooms and an amazing host helping you when you need it. The breakfast hey offer is also typical and delicious. Very much recommended!

Perfect location for admiring the balloons from the rooftop terrace. Very central location in Goreme, easy to access tour operators, shops, restaurants, etc. Very responsive and helpful staff. Generous breakfast. Good WIFI.

The location beings in the centre of Gerome/ Cappadocia. The classic and an authentic rooms inside the cave of Gerome , You can simply just watch the magnificent views from the restaurant terrace and at the roof top of the hotel for Gerome villages specifically and the hot balloons in the morning. Above all the owner Mucahit was extremely kind and helpful for me and my family. My car was hit by the local motorcycle and scratched the car. Although it was such a small incident, however being a tourist and not knowing the local language can be tricky to resolve the issue. Mucahit has resolved everything for me from the police's report, the third party and up to the insurance claimed with the car rental company which demands the report must be in Turkish language. I am forever grateful for Mucahit kindness and professionalism when dealing with the whole situation. I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend the Gerome Cave Hotel for a real Gerome cave living experience and magnificent views for its surroundings and a superb hospitality experience.
