Grand Cave Suites

The hotel was very clean and in a very good position to explore Capadocia region. The member of the staff have all been very good and helpful during our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

To be able to stay in a hotel built in to a cave was a one off experience.

It was a beautiful experience. Our first room had some issues with the Jacuzzi, but the staff promptly addressed them. The breakfast and the view of the place were fantastic. Sadly, we were unable to see the hot air balloons in the sky due to the weather; however, the hotel was conveniently located near the city center. It took us only 5 minutes on foot to reach the city and do some shopping. The staff was on another level! Even after we checked out, they still allowed us to store our baggage for an extended period of time at the lounge. We even had a beautiful chat, and they even drove us all the way to the bus stop for our bus.

View, location and cleanliness were all excellent. The beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely and accommodating- allowing us to have breakfast bit earlier than they usually offer it prior to a scheduled am tour. Breakfast was excellent also- diverse and fresh buffet offerings with coffee tea and juices as well as ample choices of fresh fruits and nuts and cheeses in addition to hot offerings. Very cool cave room impressed the kids!

We loved staying at this hotel! The customer service was truly excellent. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, an the surrounding view were absolutely beautiful. when I was injured during our trip, Mr. Ramadan went above and beyond-He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with us the entire time, got my prescription, and kindly drove us back to hotel after my MRI with no charge . The kindness and care of hotel management made a difficult situation so much easier . We are truly grateful and highly recommend this hotel!

Very central location

Location is excellent and the cave room was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was clean, location is also great, not far from the center of the town, it's also great location to see the balloons in the morning. For the breakfast it would be good if have more options.

The staff was fantastic, I sat down with the manager, and we had a great conversation about the history of balloons in Kapadokya. The owner was also there, and he was super welcoming and a pleasure to speak to.

The hotel was the best hotel I could ever imagine.. It was built inside caves, very tasteful decorated with everything inside you expect.. On top of the hotel was a terrace with a wonderful view of Goreme. Restaurants were close to the hotel and all the staff was very friendly

The most spacious stay and the kindest staff allowing for early check in and breakfast on arrival. The room was the cleanest through our travels and extra spacious bathroom made for a comfortable stay.

The rooms and location. The guy at reception was very helpful and friendly. Assisted us with all our luggage at 1am.

You can see the balloons every morning from the hotel common areas. We had issues with the mattress on the first night and the bought a new one for our room. The breakfast has a great variety.
