The room was exceptionally good and the staff was friendly. I've booked all my tours, activities( incl hot air balloon ride , horse riding ...) for a great reasonable prices. Its value for money and location. I've got impressed by the way the packed for breakfast when requested as we have flight back early in the morning at 4am
Clean and convenient
Quiet location but still close to restaurants and shops Bekir and Berjin were in regular contact and assisted us with our enquiries including organizing a sunrise balloon flight that was rescheduled a couple of times due to weather conditions. They also assisted us with a car rental and Berjin provided a great itinerary for our two days with the car. It is obvious they enjoy what the do and we appreciated their insights and assistance. The rooms are of an older style decor, although well maintained. They are currently renovating each room around bookings through the coming winter. We were able to access the hotel's restaurant area to catch up on correspondence. A generous buffet breakfast was included. The staff were very obliging and provided us with a "lunch box" for our early departure. Rooms were clean and the shower space was generous. The rooms have a safe

The staff simply could not do enough for us. The receptionist looked after our every need and helped book tours during our stay
Very cozy place and accommodation in Göreme. We liked it all, friendly host, very convenient location. Bed and room were very comfortable. The cave room was definitely a peculiar experience. Thanks so much for your warm hospitality and tips during our time there. Great value for money.

We loved this stay, we booked the queen suite which was comfortable, huge, and came with lots of amenities. Would recommend!

Comfortable room Great shower Breakfast was amazing, plentiful and varied Staff very friendly and helpful - Bekir made some great recommendations as we had our own car, breakfast restaurant staff were lovely, cleaning ladies did a fabulous job. Pool area is lovely. Spacious car park behind hotel - not much parking and narrow streets in Goreme so this was a bonus

Everything about the place.
The pool & the rooms are amazing but due to the weather we did not enjoy the pool. Also the staffs are very welcoming. They do housekeeping dailt i observed.

We really felt welcome here, Bekir was extremely helpful. The pool was great to be able to chill at for a while after a day exploring.

The Grand Elite Caves suites were very comfortable- great value and fantastic location. Great rooftop access for the amazing hot air balloons viewing.
