Loved B &B experience, the outside very pretty, great parking and lovely hosts. Made us feel very welcome, always happy to answer questions and give info on the area. Highly recommend 😁

Hosts where very good and so was breakfast.

Lovely homely feel ! Love the location 15 min walk from the centre ! Bargain with the free parking spaces ,which the lovely host let us leave our car there after we checked out so we could go back to the centre ! Breakfast also included in price was cooked beautifully

Super breakfast. Special cheesy eggs (scrambled) was lovely! And toast with jam. Heerlijk ontbijt! Very nice and friendly landlord and lady. Gave us some good advice where to go for trips etc. We had our own entrance and plenty of room for the suitcases off our touring bike, and helmets. Private (closed) parking 👍 Lovely back garden. Very nice walk into town, if you go along the river.

Amazing location and great hosts.

Beautiful home and grounds, quiet neighborhood, easy to park. Hosts were very nice and gave great suggestions for places to visit. Comfortable room and clean shared bath.

The owners, a lovely couple, were very accommodating and hands-on. They truly provided excellent customer service and made us feel right at home. They gave us great suggestions on how to make the most of our holiday, including the best tourist spots and how to enjoy them. Breakfast was generous and delicious—definitely not skimped! We also loved the beautiful table setup and the cozy ambiance of the dining room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, it's definitely worth every penny!

The breakfast was excellent! My husband loved the full English and I was able to have scrambled egg / toast / cereal etc. So accommodating. The hosts were fantastic, friendly and super helpful about where to go and what to see. Only a 12 minute walk into the city and in the side of the Cathedral with some excellent pubs.

Lovely host

Directly across from the bus stop. The room had a private en suite toilet and shower. Lynn and Nigel were warm and welcoming. This felt like a very proper British guest house, like a truly British experience. Lynn served an English breakfast every morning.

Close to York Centre

Lovely location had the little annex next to main property . 10 minute walk into the main buzz of the City. Lynne and Nigel very friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond with recommendations and the likes of offering us crockery when they noticed we had a takeaway. Her breakfast was just perfect . Offered lots and made it fresh more or less as you came through . Great little spar shop next to property if you wanted an evening snack or beer/wine. Hope to return when we ever come back .
