Great location and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Well equipped room with tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly staff.

Check in was smooth and they helped us carry luggage up to our room! We were on the top top floor so it was many stairs, but all in all very quiet, spacious, and cute once we got up there. Well appointed and clean room with a desk and seating. The room had a perfect little kitchenette, a large bathroom, and a large closet with a residential view over the quiet park next door. Loved waking up to it! Location couldn’t be beat; right in the heart of Marylebone with a quaint park next door, lots of coffee, restaurants, and shopping around while being protected from the surrounding high streets. Would love to stay here again.

Size of the room, decor, cleanliness, fantastic bathroom with bath.

The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic & big toilet sinks too! It was also in a good location, easy to walk to (very central). My husband was having surgery in the London Clinic Hospital, so it was a very easy commute for me to walk to the hospital and back. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming when I first arrived to check in. The selection of teas was also a nice touch in the room.

No breakfast at place

We did not have breakfast but we did have a drink when we arrived. Quiet at the pub and no noise in our room. Top floor room took many stairs but it didn’t bother us.

Comfortable , fantastic staff, great location. Easy to check in and easy access 24/7 with a key code. Rooms are air conditioned , with plenty of towels and toiletries. Kettle and tea and coffee provided, no decaf options or water. Fabulous artisan market on a Sunday in the street.

Great location , clean room handy for Marylebone registry office . Everything was to our liking . Shown to our room by a pleasant staff member but other than that didn’t see anyone .

Great location, lovely big room.A few stairs to climb but great price for London.Nice to have a beer out the front.No problem leaving over luggage there after checkout.Walking distance to most places.

Very clean, wonderfully comfortable bed, extremely quiet even though the room was located only 2 floors above the busy bar and the noisy patrons enjoying themselves on the street below. Very nicely appointed room, including the bathroom except I could not get a signal on the TV during the 3 night stay.
