Very comfortable stay. Only negative was that only 1 out of 3 lifts was functional. They kept saying they would follow up with the maintenance company but wasn’t resolved till the end of our stay.

Location was great. Staff were lovely. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The bar was lovely and had great views. There was even an umbrella to use for the London showers, that's impressive!
