200 m from Waterloo station with plenty of places to eat in the locality. Room was decent size. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Great choices of food to suit everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Although it was booked single large size bed, when I came to the room, there were 2 separate beds. Those beds were worn out and squeeking so I could not sleep.
