Guest Reviews
Nice staff. Large and very clean room!
Great location, modern and clean, staff were extremely helpful and great with my five-year-old son.
Great staff, Very clean and a relaxing bar
Nothing seemed to run out in the breakfast room and there was a good selection. Room was excellent, with new looking facilities, extremly comfy bed and very clean. It was easy to walk into centre of town from here. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast very adequate and staff helpful but pretty crowded and noisy. My grandson had frustrating time with waffle maker!
I loved the buffet breakfast, and the fact you could leave your luggage when you check out, so you can spend more time in York before you go home
Location great
Great location for walk into York city centre

The room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast had lots of choice and was well stocked with good food.
Good size clean room. Quiet
It was a lovely atmosphere
Located in an extremely quiet part of York and yet only a few minutes walk into the City Centre. Immaculately clean a high standard of breakfast choices and the room was fantastic with just THE most comfortable bed. Five star service all round what more could a visitor to this most beautiful city ask.
Quiet location.Staff friendly and helpful.Good choice at breakfast.Room very clean We were able to book in earlier when we arrived which was helpful
Immaculately clean and spacious rooms. Within easy walking distance of the city centre.
The hotel is in a quiet part of town. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, but there was not a lot of tables for a group of 6 to breakfast together.
We booked 2 rooms, it was clean, very near to train station, the breakfast was nice, and the waffle machine just perfect
