Excellent breakfast
Spotless clean
Beautifully refurbished rooms in an historic pub very close to Olympia. Convenenient location. Comfortable beds. Good hot shower with nice toiletries. Would certainly stay again.
My husband stayed at the hotel so he could attend a wedding at The Orangery in Holland Park and it was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. He enjoyed his breakfast, it was well cooked and there was a good choice. His bed was comfortable and he slept well.
From checking in to leaving after breakfast, the staff were lovely. Very friendly. Location for us was perfect as we were seeing a band at the Hammersmith Apollo. The room was full of character (it's an old building), the bed was comfy and it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good quality for the price and we ate there the previous evening and that was delicious.
Man on arrival was very welcoming and room was perfect! Great value for money
We really enjoyed our stay here. The pub was packed and noisy when we arrived so we were a bit concerned but it was quiet upstairs so that was a relief. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked the Tea Pigs 'posh' tea and cute little glass bottle of milk, great attention to detail. The place was full of character and the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from and nice coffee.
Larger Rooms!, clean!! Lovely Staff and amazing Breakfasts! Will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you!
The rooms are sumptuous and the food is amazing!
Nice English setting, instead of a large international hotel, so you get the London vibe. The pub is busy but the rooms are quiet. Great if you're travelling on your own to feel like you're "at home". Away from the center of London but not too much. You just have to plan your treks.
Staff couldn’t do enough for you and in a perfect location
Great old hotel with a beautiful atmosphere. Nice and tidy rooms, good roomservice, comfortable beds in rooms with coffeemaker, water boiler and a small fridge. Beds were made perfectly every day. Nice breakfast. Good location with easy access to London city center with bus, underground or e-bike. Excellent food in pub downstairs👍👍
Quiet, comfortable, great breakfast and super staff. Very impressed
The staff are fantastic and super helpful.
Comfortable room with everything needed for an overnight stay. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. Good range of breakfast choices and quick service.
I have stayed here 3 times now and the standard of the rooms is great and the staff are lovely.
What a great find right opposite Kensington Olympia. From the moment of check in the staff were exceptional. I was lucky enough to get one of the nicest rooms on the top corner with a gorgeous roll top bath, great facilities in the room, immaculately clean and a delicious breakfast served in the morning. I would definitely stay again.
The staff and rooms were great. We stayed in a family room with a large double bed and bunk beds for the kids. There was everything you could ask for in the room that was large compared to a lot in the price range The room was clean and well laird out. The food, both dinner and breakfast, were fantastic and well priced. The best bit about the place were the staff, they were friendly and helpful. We will be going back.
Beautiful room clean fresh and really beautifully done Comfy bed and pillows!
The staff, the food were exemplary.
