The very friendly and helpful staff made all the difference. The location was ideal, and with so many handy places to eat locally, the continental breakfast at the hotel was enough for us. The room was comfortable and the lift a blessing. I'm not sure I could have afforded the full cost without the discount but this is the best located hotel in Hammersmith!

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The hotel was very comfortable, everything was spotless and the staff was kind and welcoming. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from metro and bus stations, which made it really easy to get around London. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families too!
