Guest Reviews
Our Host Ali is an incredible and sharing person and made me having an unique experience in Capadoccia. Me and other guest spent a lot of time with him, he brought us hiking, sharing tea and BBQ with his friends, see the places that he loves since he's a kid and had long and exciting chat around the fire. Thanks Ali for being such a good person. With love, Jordan
It is very near to Restaurants, attractions and also they were very accomodating and helpful, thank you so much it was really a wonderful experience and very easy for me as a solo female traveller.
Living in the cave is awesome and they have heat. Located in Gerome and can get picked up dropped off by all tours and arrangements. Host will kindly book for balloon, tours, shuttles, etc at a fair price.
Amazing location and family
Everything was great but what really stood out was the staff. Felt like I was right at home, and the home made cooking is the best.
Highly recommended. This is an excellent place to stay. The service is excellent. Ali, the owner, and his entire family take care of everything, I feels like home. The terrace is incredible and close to everything. You can also book an airport transfer from the hostel at a great price. I will definitely return.
I stayed for 2 nights. Solo travelling. The host and his family were very welcoming, kind and ready to assist with everything. The location is amazing! Sooo close to the restaurants, sunset/sunrise viewpoint and within a walking distance to the bus station. Also, there is a great tarrace and a kitchen that guests are allowed to use. 10/10 Thank you! :))
The cave vibe is cool, bed was comfortable and bunks not too low. Lots of space to leave your stuff that doesn’t fit in the cupboards. Beautiful view in the common room. It’s a great old school vibe. Location is very convenient I thought. Bonus I was invited to join the host and friends for a barbecue with other hostel mates. It was a lovely Turkish cultural experience :)))
This hostel is one of the best I've ever stayed at. It is a cave hostel so if you want to experience the Cappadochia feeling for an affordable price this is the best place. The view from the terrace is unforgettable. The balloon viewing sunrise spot is 5 mins away so you don't need to wake up too early to watch the sunrise. The staff is so nice, very hospitable, they can give you recommendations and ask how your day went. It is also possible to socialize in the common area which is getting very rare in hostels nowdays.. I couldn't join in because of some personal issues but I heard people socialize and I was invited to join in so if you want the real hostel experience I really recommend this place. All in all I can only recommend this hostel.
Family owned hostel that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Generous and friendly. The beds have their own curtains and bed lamps which felt luxurious after other experiences in Türkiye. Everything is clean. Thank you Ali for a memorable stay in Goreme, and for your warmth and kindness!
Ali and his family were fabulous. So hospitable. The hostel had awesome architecture and felt so homely. Right next to the sunset spot for easy viewing of the balloons. Had an amazing time would love to go back.
Everything was great, staff is very helpful and nice! Breakfast are tasty, location right next to city center, all the activities booked trough the hotel were amazing. I was there second time and I’ll be back :)
Bed with fences was too short
It's a nice place at the very heart of Göreme. They offer all sorts of tours and packages. Their cafe is also pretty good for grabbing a local bite.
It was a really nice stay. The rooms are amazing - very unique, spacey, and cool in the hot days. There is a locker for your stuff, a light and plug over your bed. Bathrooms and shower rooms are very clean and spacey, also have hooks to hang your clothes while you shower. There is also a hairdryer available. There are multiple common spaces to sit and relax and the common area on the roof is super nice, has an amazing view and also a big kitchen. There is also a restaurant within the acommodation that you can get good food. Very homey place, would deff recommend.
One of the best hostels I've stayed at, and I've been to quite a few. Where to start? The family who run it are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The town of Göreme can feel too touristy at times, but the homestay had a nice, genuine, local feeling. The experience of sleeping in a cave home is something anyone coming here should do. It's not only quasi-cultural, it's also incredibly cool, cozy, and comfortable. Location is excellent, close enough to amenities, but away from the buzz of town (less car noises, more bird song). It's also incredibly sociable, a very good place to meet other travellers. I also recommend doing some of the hikes nearby, which are the highlights of Göreme.
Both the staff and facility were exceptional. I don’t think the owner Ali could have been any more welcoming or helpful. I was able to book multiple activities through the hostel, (Ahmed I believe is his name) Balloon, green tour, airport shuttle and the price was the lowest I found and all tours were perfect). Lastly, the restaurant was so good! Ate there a few times over the 5 days I was there, and everything was perfect (Thank You Fatima!)
Perfect place to stay as a solo traveller, family homestay, everyone is very kind, rooms are clean and peaceful, the kitchen is perfect to cook and avoid expensive restaurants in Goreme, best place to stay, work and hike in beautiful valleys, thank you very much
Experience the cave and getting socialize with other tourists
the high terrace is absolutley gorgeous, and the room is very well equiped. every bed with its own light, comfortable bed and very good services on the ground terrace. ask anything at the reception and you'll get a good answer. parking available in front of the proprety
