The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of London, surrounded by restaurants, cinemas, and pubs. For anyone visiting the city for the first time, this hotel is perfect: everything is within walking distance, and it’s conveniently located between two underground stations. The square itself is lively and full of activities, giving a true London vibe. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming from the very first moment I arrived. I was also lucky enough to get an early check-in, which they offered with genuine enthusiasm, making me feel instantly comfortable.

The view from our room was exceptional – as was the view from the rooftop restaurant. Also, the location is second-to-none on the Piccadilly Line, connecting travellers easily both to King's Cross St Pancras and to Heathrow.

I got a free upgrade which was lovely so thanks Indigo! The location was very convenient since my office is in Soho. Incredible view from the room and from the rooftop restaurant. Clean and quite spacious for one. Great breakfast, close walking distance to some of the important landmarks.

Location location location. We like to stay centrally so that we can walk everywhere and this fitted the bill perfectly. Also loved the vibe in the rooftop bar. I let them know we were celebrating our anniversary before arrival and were kindly given complimentary welcome drinks, offered complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade!
