The Kensington neighborhood is very nice and the location to the Earl's Court Underground Station is super convenient. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the staff...extremely nice and friendly.

We stayed in a newly renovated Premium Queen Room with an extra bed for our daughter. Even with the additional bed, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main bed was particularly restful, making for an excellent night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay — from Victor at reception to Roger and a lovely lady at breakfast — all warm, professional, and attentive. Breakfast offered a good variety with something for everyone. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from Earl’s Court tube station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, a delightful stay and we would be very happy to return.
