Excellent location, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I had pre-arranged balloons and a message on the room for my son's birthday (small charge for balloons) and the team had everything ready, added in a bar of chocolate too which was a nice touch. Room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was located very close to the city centre which was perfect for me and my friend. We were two females travelling alone and I felt very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Room was extremely clean and well put together, I felt like my value for money was definitely there!
