I loved the location of the hotel as it was very near the shopping stores and had restaurants right beside and along the same street. The room was also very sizeable for me as I was able to open my large suitcase comfortably to fix my things. The vibe is very kitsch but instantly felt at home, especially with the staff being very nice and accommodating!

Excellent Staff. Fabulous decor and great location. Despite being on the main road the room was well insulated from the road noise. The stuffed animals were quirky and make for a unique setting. The drinks token for a free cocktail in the bar downstairs were a nice touch.

Great location: walkingly close to the tube, park and the Royal Bertie Hall. Room small, but perfectly formed and maximum comfy; and the in-room snacks were yummy & non-gougingly priced. Decor is fabulously preposterous, and the precise external manifestation of my brain. Lounge/ bar was lovely (wish I'd been able to take advantage of the complimentary cocktails - next time I will make time!) and the staff were all excellent humans.
