If there’s a better hotel receptionist/greeter on the planet than Ramona I would be very surprised! She is absolutely lovely and makes us feel so welcome and relaxed every time we visit. She’s the reason we use the hotel over all the others!

Location was excellent - on the river just a walk from Vauxhall station. A walk along the riverbank the other way takes you to the Houses of Parliament The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the dining room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.
