Staff were excellent. Welcoming, helpful and happy to go the extra mile (eg providing breakfast to go when I was short of time). Decor and style was a good blend of modern and cozy. Room was quite small but absolutely normal for central London. Able to take a work zoom call on the WiFi. Short walk from Paddington, just enough to be out of the noise but very close.

We loved the thoughtful design such as the creative luggage storage in a small space, we loved the co-working space and blackout curtains. We liked that filter coffee was available in reception 24/7. The breakfast was healthy and tasty.
