The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good; the location (roughly halfway between King's Cross and The Strand) was perfect for me.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable, with a private bathroom quite bigger than I'm used to in hotel near this area. Greatly appreciated! Everything was clean. And the location is perfect. Thank you so much for a lovely stay :)

We booked this place to get.a relatively affordable hotel in central London, where usual prices have gone through the roof....What was really good was that they wrote to us before we left, explaining what to expect., such as there is no lift and we would have to share a bathroom with 3 other rooms. We were met hy a lovely kind and friendly young woman who told us that we could have an upgrade and private bathroom. This was really good news, as we of a certain age sometimes need to relieve ourselves in the middle of the night. The breakfast was extremely tasty and varied . Very nice staff. The location in Gower Street. surrounded by tubes and buses was excellent.

The location: 10' from St Pancras station, and 15' walk from the city centre. The room was bright and size bigger than usual for London. Staff is really nice and helpful. It is close to metro stations too. The area is safe. Wifi works very well.
