The location is great, close to everything. The staff is so kind, and help us put an extra bed in the living so my daughter and I can stay in different rooms. Steakhouse is definitely a place you wanna indulge yourself in the morning, it's cozy and clean. The juices are excellent.

I am a lone traveller from NZ. I really enjoyed the hospitality and general attentiveness the staff provided. It’s a beautiful hotel, centrally located. My room was slightly small I felt for my needs and there wasn’t really a view. I rate this in comparison to another hotel I had stayed in prior to my stay at this hotel, where the room was much bigger with exceptional views, for a similar price. That said, my stay at the Grosvenor was still an excellent stay. Not just for the facilities but because the staff made me feel special and valued.
