Amazing and it’s beautiful and the staff are amazing

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing and very large with a separate sitting area. The bathroom was also very large and the shower very big. The bed was comfortable and the pillows great. Breakfast was very good - with eggs prepared as ordered in addition to the buffet items. The staff were very helpful and we really appreciated their help with rebooking a balloon tour for a different day after ours was cancelled due to rain (and the provider had no availability for the other 2 days of our stay) We enjoyed seeing the balloons on our last day from the terraces at the hotel - it is located at a higher elevation that the main portion of Goreme - but within easy walking distance of the center of town.

Our stay at the Kelebek was absolutely magical. The hotel is a true labyrinth of cave passages, with many terraces and hidden corners offering breathtaking views over both sides of the valley. Perched high above Göreme, it allows you to watch the hot air balloons from every direction, no matter where they take off — an unforgettable sight at sunrise. The restaurant is excellent, with attentive service and delicious food in a cozy yet elegant setting. We also discovered that Kelebek is part of a group of connected hotels, giving guests access to other pools and restaurants, all linked through charming rock passages — a wonderful surprise! The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a place full of charm and soul, perfectly located, where you feel both pampered and transported to another world. A big thank you to the Kelebek team for this truly unforgettable stay. 🌅

Excellent location, cute, private, clean. Worth the price for sure, we have never stayed anywhere so nice and probably never will again as this was for our honeymoon. It felt good to feel like the money you spent was a worthy investment.

The views were incredible, with multiple viewing spaces for the balloons. The staff were exceptional, even taxiing me to the pharmacy at 11pm on my arrival day because I had forgotten a prescription. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Goreme. Exceptional!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Sorted out a new balloon flight for us when ours was cancelled and even organised a birthday cake for me as a surprise.

Very unique rooms with amazing views

The hotel and the cave room were super cool, well decorated and has a great view, we loved it. Breakfast was excellent and goes on for a long time. The staff was helpful and we did one of their tours and enjoyed it a lot. The location is great near the city center. They provided good amenities which included a local wine. The hotel restaurant was great too.

The hotel was just beautiful, the rooms were lovely and I liked our bathroom was downstairs..we also had a lovely outside area. There was so many different levels you could see the balloons from. It was a 5 minute walk into town, we was able to use the sister hotel 2 mins up the road as their pool was heated. the staff were super helpful.. especially the young man on reception who worked the night shift.. he assisted us when our bus was late collecting us to take us to airport. I knew the hotel would be nice but this far exceeded all expectations! Also we booked with Turquaz balloons recommended from this hotel and they were brilliant. Would recommend .

We recently stayed a few nights at Kelebeak and very much enjoyed this property in Goreme. Reservation was made a couple months prior to our trip to Cappadocia through booking.com. We were well received upon arrival and were able to check-in to our room a couple hours early which was nice. The property is nicely laid out and beautiful, there are a couple of rooftop areas to enjoy the morning hot-air balloons, a very good restaurant called Happena where we enjoyed morning breakfasts included with the stay as well as a couple of dinners as well, reservations for evening meals recommended. Our room was charming, nicely decorated, good space and comfortable. Bed was fine, room included safe, fridge, kettle and espresso machine. Shower worked just fine as well. Our suite included a small balcony area which made for a pleasant place to spend time as well. On the whole, this was a great suite and property, a place we would very much enjoy staying at again in Goreme.
