Great location, staff, breakfast, and parking. Large room with jacuzzi really comfortable.(not a cave as such if that's what you are after)

A little bit outside of the main town but a 10 minute downhill walk the ladies at breakfast spoke little English but were SO welcoming and friendly that the lack of language in common didn’t matter, their Turkish coffee was beautifully presented The guy on reception was super friendly and efficient in booking trips. He also gave good recommendations for local places to eat
The water pressure was insanely good in our room, location is very close to the main section of Göreme. The breakfast was an excellent variety of foods. Great view of the balloons in the morning. Hosts were very friendly. Modern room and the bed was very comfortable
Fantastic Staffs: everyone is very helpful, cheerful and thoughtful esp the 2 gentlemen at reception. We arrived abt 10am. Too early to check in. The person in charge at checkin offered us (6 pax) complimentary breakfast. Also told us to chill at the breakfast restaurant whilst waiting for the rooms (4) to be ready. Prioritize our room for cleaning and were ready at noon, 2 hrs earlier. We booked hotair balloon ride, horse riding and green tour with the hotel. May be slightly higher price than if u booked on your own but we are happy to pay for reliability. All the activities went well. The best hotel we stayed in our 28 days tour. Highly recommended. Location is good too. Just 10 mins walk to town centre where there are many restaurants and a few supermarkets. Don’t hesitate. Stay at Rustic Caves for great customer service. Thank you all for making our 2 nights stay comfortable & unforgettable.

Location - Quiet area. Close to restaurants. When we were in Goreme, we didn't book for any tours apart from the hotair balloon - but because of the location, we were able to hike/walk to certain places like Goreme Open Air Museum, Red Valley, Rose Valley, Love Valley, Uchisar, all at our own pace. Property - Well maintained place; terrace / breakfast area is good with a nice view. There is a pool but we weren't able to use. Internet is fast. Our room is very spacious with a nice tub with jets, that was really relaxing specially after walking/hiking. Breakfast - enough options for a 2-3-day stay. You can request for omelet from the kitchen personnel. :) Receptionist / staff - very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Arman was specially really helpful in assisting us in booking for the hotair balloon tour, and also suggesting for places where we could have dinner. Staff at the breakfast area is really very friendly. Communication - clear communication even before our arrival. Responsive to our questions / messages.
That`s a gorgeous hotel in the centre of Cappadocia. I was staying there second time with my group of tourists and would stay there again! The rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything that you need - hot water, kettle, air conditioning, slippers, towels, bottled water and a hair dryer. Beds are comfy and you can sleep well after hiking all day or coming to the hotel late after a long way to Cappadocia. Personnel of the hotel is really friendly, they can help you whatever your question is - from booking excursions, balloon flights, ATV tour to transfer from the airport. I was absolutely pleased when they gave us sandwiches instead of breakfast because we had to set off to the excursion at 4:30 am. I recommend this hotel for families, friends or couples!) Come here and you won`t regret.
Very welcoming home-atmosphere, beautiful room and shower, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast (diverse turkish and international food), helpful and kind personnel at the reception. We recommend this hotel and we also recommend staying in Göreme at least for a week, because there is a lot to see around (beautiful valleys on a walking distance from Göreme, open air museums, etc.). At the hotel they booked for us the transfer from/to airport as well as the balloon ride and everything was a great experience.
Very cozy place. Everywhere clean- common areas , room, bath. It is a bit far from centre city but because of that place was silent and comfortable. A lot of restaurants around- was no problem to find the place. Amazing breakfast at terrace- enough home made food, was tasty. Thank you for everyone for our lovely staying.

Arman was so gracious and knowledgeable about the balloons and whether they would be cancelled and had suggestions if they were. The staff was equally friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, mattresses were confortable and the room was perfectly clean, the staff was adorable and very helpful. We especially talked with Arman, who gave us precious advices and was very kind. We wish we have stayed longer !
