I got late tickets to see Coldplay at Wembley and all the hotels were booked. By chance I came across this hostel, which had mixed reviews. So I booked it and when I turned up, I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable. Everyone was chatty and kind. I just knocked one star off, as I needed to charge my phone, but the phone socket wasn't near my bed. The bathroom and room were very clean. I had a late snack when I got back after the concert and chatted to another guest. Great location for the bus and tram routes. Honestly, I would definately stay here again. No issues, just added to my wonderful evening seeing Coldplay!

Room was clean and comfortable, basic cooking facilities are available (hob and kettle, no fridges or microwaves). Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's exactly what you'd expect for the price in London.
