Beautiful lodge comfy clean and superb area
It was a perfect size, and location on site, overlooking the lake with the sun shining on the hot tub until sunset. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed and more. Towels, hair drier, tea bag’s and more!
This lodge is stunning. The location is perfect so relaxing, the view in the hot tub is beautiful. The lodge itself is very spacious, lovely and clean inside. I would 100% recommend here for family and friends and I will definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay
Had a lovely three night stay. Lodge was very clean and comfortable with everything you could need.. Hot tub was a lovely addition. The complex was well maintained and peaceful. Had an issue with the boiler one morning and maintenence were out within 15 minutes to sort it out. Used the onsite restaurant and golf course and no complaints with either. Can't recommend enough.
Really nice view of the lake and fountains from the hot tub, beds were comfy and the food in the restaurant was beautiful. I’m not too bothered about golf but the golf course looked really good
Everything
Good location, dog friendly and was really homely
Very spacious, so much storage space, loads of utensils in the kitchen and board games in the lounge, well decorated and very cozy and great it was pet friendly so the dog could be with us
It was super clean, the hot tub was lovely and gave a wonderful view of the ducks!! The wifi was good and everything you might need was in the cupboards! Not cluttered though just very handy! Very peaceful surroundings and a 30 minute taxi ride into the centre of York.
Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable.
Was in a perfect location. The property was very well equipped with lots of little extras for the furry kids!
The open loving space was amazing the lodge was set a good distance from other lodges so you didnt have to worry about noise. It was clean and tidy everything we needed
Hot tub was amazing.
The location was private, not overlooked. Great that it was dog friendly.
I loved how spacious and clean it was
Perfect venue for a perfect weekend catching up with friends. Very clean with all the accessories and equipment you could need. Clear instructions re: check in, details for stay and check out. Communication from host and booking agent were excellent as were staff at check in. Would highly reccommend and will definitely re-book in the future.
Ideal location for relaxing few days. JJs diner was within walking distance and food was amazing. Lodge was very tastefully decorated and felt very comfortable. Kitchen had all amenities but never used. Check in was 4pm but recieved call to say lodge would be ready earlier at 2.30 which I thought was very thoughtful to call me. Check in Was smooth and Check out was so easy putting keys into keycode box. Emptied beds of linen and removed rubbish to site bins. It's the site rules but not too much to ask for
