This is my second time booking. it is just a perfect on the outer edge of the Royal parks. The bike rack is on the same street so you can tour the sights and still be in a quiet location. The Hotel staff are very nice and the recommended the City mapper app which is amazing!! The lobby has a PUB with great beer and drinks. Breakfast is good.

Decent location for short London trip; ideal for Kensington Park area. Staff helpful; could drop baggage off early before check in and also before departure. Room was small but adequate.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bed was excellent. The bathroom was large and very clean. A spectacular feature is the hotel's location in a multicultural neighborhood, with metro and bus stations for easy access to everywhere. It's within walking distance of Paddington Station and, above all, just a block from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, where we strolled daily.
