Beautiful room and lovely personal touches with a box of chocolates and fruit on arrival. Each room has its own iron which is great rather than requesting daily. Cosmetics where also replenished daily.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and in a great location, just a stone's throw away from Borough Market and the underground station, and The Shard is literally on the doorstep. Our room was clean, tidy and warm. The dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch too as not everywhere provides these now.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We booked the hotel mainly for its location as it was near lots of things we wanted to visit. Being so near London Bridge station is a real bonus for ease of getting around. We loved the free coffee and croissants to go - a very nice touch. We also enjoyed the bar area - very friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks.

Incredible location, close to transport but also restaurants, bars, and the borough market. A quick walk into central London also. Housekeeping were responsive and attentive. Check-in process was easy, and felt very welcoming.
