We were let down at the last minute on a booking (literally, standing outside the property). I called London Court who couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. The room was clean, warm and just what we needed. Good location close to the tube and some lovely places to eat. We were really well cared for.

An American visiting London for the first time, this was the perfect “home base” to operate from. The location is 2 min from the subway/underground which gets you anywhere you need to go. The neighborhood is also active with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. This hotel was comfy, quite, and clean. This was a great value. The staff was kind and professional.

The location was very good, right next to underground, plenty of shops, bars restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room itself had everything we needed and was perfect for putting our head down. The only thing I would say is I was travelling with my 72 year old mum and there were a good few stairs to reception and level 1, however staff ensured we got a room on level 1 and did their best to help us when needed, carrying luggage etc. would definitely recommend if you are looking to explore London and have a comfortable nights sleep in between 😌

It is close to Earl Court station- so easy to get to LHR. Many restaurants, fast food and M&S foods close by. It wasn’t terribly noisy but it’s a busy street outside. No problem with cleanliness

The staff did their absolute best. The location was truly unbeatable. We were able to secure check in half an hour early. Coffee and a fridge and safe were in the room, which was good. There were nice windows, and blackout curtains to keep it dark. The AC was great, and we controlled it, contrary to other reviews. The bathroom was huge and the shower head could be set high enough for someone 2m/6’5” tall easily. The TV was decent, lots of content, and big enough, but could always be bigger.

Excellent value for money accomodation next to tube station. Small room, but sufficient for us, as we mainly roamed around the city. The location was perfect, many restaurants nearby and next to tube station with District Line and Piccadilly Line. The service of the staff was superb.
