This is the third time we have stayed at L'Oscar Hotel and we were not disappointed. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Florencia and Javor at reception, and Tony, the Concierge were the people who we had most dealings with and they were so helpful to us during our short stay. However, I would also like to say that all the other staff who we came across and who helped us at the bar, in the breakfast room as well as the bedroom staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. All in all our overnight stay was incredibly enjoyable. L'Oscar Hotel is our favourite in London. Thank you so much.

Being a small boutique hotel, the staff had plenty of time for you, from getting out of the taxi, we were greeted, cases removed. The guy at the front desk Yabor, was friendly, helpful actually made it feel like we were very welcome. The people at the bar were all very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough with a powerful walk in rain shower.

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff were lovely. They remembered little details about you which was a nice touch. The room service was excellent. The staff ensured we always had water and gave us some extra treats too.

Fantastic location, and staff very welcoming and attentive. Loved the overall decoration. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. Huge comfortable bed, fruit in the room, great walk in shower. Lighting and mirrors good for applying makeup (not always the case, even in super expensive hotels which should know better!). Breakfast options good.
