Luxury Cratus Stone Palace

Everything, we loved everything! We had a ground floor twin bed room that had a little outdoor space just outside our door. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bath luxurious. Location was close to restaurants. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooftop deck was good for watching the hot air balloons take off, they didn’t go right over head like you see in some pictures. The breakfast was the best we had on our 5.5 week trip to Turkey and Italy. This was a wonderful place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. They packed a breakfast for us to take on our last morning as we had to leave before the kitchen was open.

Unique cave-style hotel with friendly staff and peaceful ambiance. Breakfast very good. Perfect location for exploring Göreme and relaxing after tours.

Personnel were super helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed the huge tub as an extra. Turkish breakfast was outstanding, many options, well presented and huge! Nice view from the terrace, including balloons in the morning ☺️

Location was excellent , right in the center of Goreme Breakfast was great, so was the sunset view and many cafes within walking distance

Superb location. Staff were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room, comfy bed. Staff brought us brekkie on our toom each day due lift issues. So kind of them

Everything was perfect! The breakfast it’s huge!! The room had everything you may need and more, the receptionist is amazing! She was so helpful every moment of our stay! They let us in 3 hours before our check in! That was something I had never experience, the hotels always say no to this but they were super special on trying to help us with everything! I would definitely stay here again and I would totally recommend this places to anyone. The location is also perfect!

Our stay at Cratus Palace was a delight from beginning to end. We were given a wonderful warm welcome by Tuna on the front desk and very well looked after with a drink on the rooftop by Gokhan. We were very kindly given a room upgrade to a King Suite which was a great start to our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the rooms are very well equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a lovely balcony. Complimentary breakfast was a great inclusion served in the restaurant with great views of the town and professional, friendly staff. Rooms are perfectly serviced by the friendly housekeeping staff. A huge thank you to Buse, the front office manager (who is absolutely charming) and all of the staff, it was a lovely experience from beginning to end. We will miss our daily chats with Tuna and Buse.
