Guest Reviews
Great location in central London. Clean, comfortable, good facilities.
Very beautiful environment
The staff at breakfast were hard working, friendly and efficient. So many times these days, it's hard to find a member of staff to clear tables etc, but not at Malmaison - we were met by a very friendly guy who showed us to our table and immediately asked another member of staff to provide us with cutlery. Other tables were continuously being cleared and refreshed for the next guests. They should be commended. The bathroom was capacious - a lovely shower - although I don't really "get" rain showers - just give me a "normal" shower head any day - and luckily there was also a handheld shower which was more effective when washing my hair. Additional seating in the bedroom was good too. You don't always just want to have to sit on the bed. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes, and a table and chair to sit at whilst doing your hair and makeup. Another nice touch was seating at the Reception Desk, instead of making you stand around while you checked in and out.
Lovely rooms, modern atmosphere, nice restaurant and very pleasant staff. Nothing bad to say at all.
I booked a "cozy" room and expected something perhaps a little cramped, however the room was actually quite spacious and very comfortable, with a view out across central London towards the west end. Location is superb - an entrance to Farringdon Elizabeth Line station is about 2 minutes from the front door, and there are plenty of places for a good breakfast in short walking distance.
This is a small hotel within 'the square mile' that constitutes the City of London. It is situated in the leafy Charterhouse Square, next to the medical school buildings where I studied 60 years ago, and associated with a history going back almost 1000 years. It is also close to the Barbican Centre, which provides many opportunities for cultural experiences. The hotel is not glitzy, but informal. Breakfasts are abundant in choices and satisfying. It is situated equidistant and a 5 minute walk from 2 tube stations with access to multiple lines going to various parts of the wider city: e.g. Piccadilly circus barely 20 minutes away. Quick and easy access to all parts of greater London. In brief, we'd stay there again without hesitation.
Good choices for breakfast came close to justifying the charge for it
Exudes quality throughout - lovely, secluded location near to Barbican and Farringdon tube stations. Restaurant first class with discounted prices for dinner until 8 pm

The view from the room we stayed in was very nice. The cleaning staff and staff were very friendly.
Great location and staff, Victor gave a very warm welcome.
great room
Nice location, close to several tube stations, Liverpool Street train station, and St Paul's cathedral. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and the usual amenities. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with several hot cooked options in addition to "continental" fare.
Modern, good location, stylish and comfortable rooms, good facilities, welcoming and friendly staff.
The room was lovely and the surprise of the rose petals and towels also the two free drink vouchers were nice. The breakfast was first class and the staff. The location was perfect.
