Le décor sublime est authentique
Memory Cave House è un hotel dall’atmosfera molto intima (pochissime camere, e questo permette una vera attenzione agli ospiti) che si trova appena fuori (5 minuti a piedi) dal centro un po’ troppo turistico di Göreme (e anche questo è evidentemente un altro punto di forza). Le camere sono per la maggior parte ‘cave’ (create a partire da grotte originarie scavate nel tufo), estremamente particolari già di per sé, arredate con grande gusto, di dimensioni generose, dotate di tutto il necessario ed impeccabilmente pulite; ho amato immediatamente la mia (101, ‘cave’) per il senso di raccolta accoglienza che ho provato da subito e per tutto il mio soggiorno (una notazione particolare la merita la comodità del letto, nel quale è stato un autentico piacere riposare). Gli spazi comuni (una sala per la colazione, luminosa e panoramica, al primo piano ed una terrazza al piano ancora superiore) ripropongono la stessa attenzione per l’arredamento e per la pulizia; altra notazione particolare per l’ottima colazione (tipica turca/cappadocia, quindi con prevalenza di salato), abbondantissima, preparata al momento e sufficientemente variata di giorno in giorno (per permettere agli ospiti di gustare tutte le opzioni che la cucina locale offre per questo pasto) . La vera differenza la fanno però Hasan ed il fratello (proprietari della struttura) e tutto il resto dello staff, che mettono in campo il giusto equilibrio tra amichevole rilassatezza, autentica disponibilità e professionalità (solo un esempio: hanno fatto l’impossibile per trovare un posto per il classico volo in mongolfiera dopo che la mia prenotazione originaria è stata cancellata per ‘meteo non idoneo’, e ci sono riusciti – anche quel volo è poi stato annullato, ovviamente non per loro responsabilità) per rendere il soggiorno al Memory una parte fondamentale dell’ ‘esperienza Cappadocia’.
Прекрасный отель, замечательный хозяин, невероятно огромный завтрак и очень вкусный. Внутри все красиво, нам все понравилось. Еще очень красивая смотровая! Расположение тоже отличное. Но из-за специфики места было чуть душновато, но это пещера, ничего не сделаешь)

Posizione della struttura perfetta per passare del tempo a Göreme (anche per la sera) e visitare la parte principale della Cappadocia. Accoglienza super e personale molto molto gentile. Abbiamo dormito in una stanza che riproduceva una cave house. Camera spaziosa, ma soprattutto pulita e con un letto molto grande e comodo. Colazione fantastica e preparata sul momento con molto impegno e cura. Ci torneremmo volentieri!!
the staff were very friendly, the room was lovely although a bit strange not to have a window! the breakfast was an absolute feast with homemade jams and homegrown ingredients, way too much for one person but nice. great location. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Завтра готовят специально для вас когда вы проснетесь и попросите приготовить начиная с 8 утра и до 10. Чай и кофе есть весь день. Все в пешей доступности.
El hotel es muy bonito, con una terraza muy agradable dónde dan los desayunos. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento y nos han ayudado en todo lo posible. Incluso nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar cuando nos íbamos de madrugada!! Muchas gracias por todo!!
Ran by a couple brothers whose family has own the property for hundreds of years. Excellent hospitality. Breakfast each morning was spectacular.
Comfiest bed I’ve laid in for a LONG time. Enormous and soft without sinking. Natural, cave shaped room formations felt unique. No natural light in our twin room so we had a huge sleep. Nice bathroom and shower. Gorgeous terrace for views of the town, and fantastic Turkish breakfast! 5 minute walk to town center for shops and restaurants, but some closer as well. 15 minute walk to look-out which is great for both sunset and balloons at sunrise. Minimal English spoken by staff - which is fine of course - and they were patient with us using a translator to communicate certain needs. Everything about our stay was great - food, staff, facilities, bed, terrace. Thanks for having us!

Un très bel hôtel que nous recommandons ! Les chambres, tout en pierre, sont spacieuses, propres et agréables. Les deux frères qui possèdent l’hôtel - qui ont récemment rénové la maison de leur grand-mère pour le transformer en hôtel - sont très accueillants et soucieux que notre séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Le copieux petit-déjeuner, composé de produits turcs de qualité, est préparé à la minute et servi sur une terrasse avec une belle vue sur la ville.

Сегодня его заботливо и деликатно, с полным сохранением аутентичности, развивает очень аккуратная семья. Отель очень опрятен во всех отношениях. Много интересных деталей, обставлен со вкусом. Номера просторные, кровати по-настоящему огромные, белье и принадлежности безупречные. Для нас чистота имеет огромное значение и это то место, где вы все время будете чувствовать комфорт. Отдельно стоит упомянуть очень вкусные, всегда свежие, разнообразные завтраки. Всегда достаточно фруктов и местных сыров. Очень вкусный чай. Расположение отеля очень удачное, терраса для завтраков и вечернего досуга, с хорошим видом. Оснащена хорошей мебелью и симпатично озеленена. Имеется панорамная терраса этажом выше. Больших успехов ребятам в развитии отеля! Мы с большой душой по-настоящему отдохнули и заберем с собой лучшие Memories❤️👍
