Five mins walk from Paddington and about 10 mins to Hyde park, close to various Tube stations so access to everywhere was easy. Staff were super friendly. Hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Very good value for central London.

My friend and I arrived around 12.30pm expecting to just store our bags prior to check-in at 3pm. We were greeted very warmly at reception, and we're told our room was available earlier, with a free room upgrade which included mini-bar and toiletries foc. Very happy with this. In addition we were given a token which included a free breakfast each, happy days! We stayed for one night only. Great location, very close to Paddington Station, and in a very peaceful square. Would highly recommend.

The facility was very well designed with lovely photography on the walls and all the required comforts included. A safe, free mini bar choices, a lift, and very convenient to the train station. The staff was excellent and were there 24 hours.
