To have entertainment and a 24hr bar the staff was all respectful. it was a lovely place to chill and unwind and play pool /table football with friends after a busy day.

The breakfast choice was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was at the excel building and so the location and ability to park at the hotel was perfect. Everything in the room was modern and good quality. Shower temp and pressure was great.

Great overall vibe, very pleasant and relaxed. Staff very polite and helpful. Room was bigger than expected, comfy bed and pillows, nice modern look to room. Bathroom small but cosy and had everything needed. Breakfast variety was excellent. Sweet station consisted of iced doughnuts, waffles, pastries and pancake machine. Lots of cereal, fruits/yoghurt and fruit cocktail, hot station of Sausage, bacon, beans, scrambled egg and hash browns. Cold station of various cold meats, cheeses, olives etc...you can tell we really enjoyed brekkie right? Lol! They even have bikes to hire at £5 for 24hrs! Overall a really enjoyable stay, would defo return without hesitation.

The reception staff were polite during the check in process and helpful.The room was clean, airy with good decor. The duvet was perfect for autumn, the pillows were nice, fluffy and comfortable to sleep on. The bed was bouncy but I had a good sleep. Bathroom compact, well decorated, modern and functional. Towels good quality. Also liked that there was lots of space to sit down on the ground floor space around reception.
