New Road Hotel

The rooms are smallish but really well designed and comfortable. It was great having access to tea and coffee on every floor - the ironing area and the yoga terrace on the roof. The breakfast is great - simple service with an excellent choice of cooked options. The lounge area is quiet and comfortable and the hotel organised us a private room for a big family party. It was excellent and the service was great throughout - the staff are very friendly. Very easy to get to by public transport and close to Brick Lane / Shoreditch.

Loved the room with the wrap-around bed! It was large and had a big TV too. The wet room worked well in the space and the facilities at the hotel were brilliant! Recommend taking the trip to floor 4 terrace and looking out over the London Skyline! The staff went above and beyond, in particular Adnan and Olena who were at the front desk and helped us out with anything we needed food, drinks and extra special touches in the room before arriving! Nothing was too much hassle for them

The rooms are quiet and clean. Located near Whitiechappel where several subway lines pass, it is very easy to get the hotel and visit other places from there. They provide different choices for breakfast like the continental style. More importantly, their staff are very helpful and kind. Personally, I strongly recommend this hotel as your preferred choice when visiting London.

A great hotel with very good amenities, including a restaurant and a working library with desks. The location is great for both East London walks (Brick Lane, Spitafields market) and for easy travel to the airports / City. Super friendly staff.

The staff were sweeties. The location in Whitechapel, surrounded by amazing restaurants and sights, is brilliant. I liked the room and the bed was huge and ultra comfy. Really easy to get to from Stanstead Airport. Will go back again...very soon!

Our stay at New Road Hotel was overall pleasant. The room was clean and cleaned every day. For the price, it was a bit small, but the most important thing was that it was tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location for our visit.

Had a lovely stay for my partners birthday. Such a cool setting with NYC style doors and patios. Amazing view of London. Watching the sunrise on the balcony, seeing the city wake up was stunning. Great breakfast food, helpful staff and clean rooms. A funky hotel with lots of cool things to do and see. It was fun to explore and a really social experience. The shower was incredible and the bathroom really clean and extra effort was made for the birthday experience with rose petals and balloons.

The staff at Reception and in the bar were friendly and very helpful. The room was very quiet. This was really nice, so that I had an undisturbed night's sleep. The blind worked very well and no unwanted light came into the room . The bed was quite comfortable (although the duvet was tucked in very tightly and I had difficulty turning in the bed). The shower room was very nice. The shower was easy to use and worked very well. The toiletries were of good quality. Everything in the shower room seemed safe. I liked having extra towels in the room should they be needed. The hairdryer was easy to use and worked efficiently. The breakfast was good: "full English breakfast" plus good-quality orange juice and delicious pastries. There was no cream for the coffee. (I much prefer cream to milk.) The staff in the Restaurant at Breakfast time were very helpful. Access from the Reception area and Restaurant to my room was easy to navigate. The lift worked well, and I did not need to ask for help with my luggage.
