Newly renovated stylish hotel in a great location. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mara who was able to solve several of our requests very quickly. The hotel is only 5 min walk from the tube.

Perfect for a treat, the staff were so attentive and really helped us out with flight delays, making sure we were comfortable etc The room service is divine - food comes in a mini oven to keep it warm if you’re not ready to eat! Complimentary prosecco upon arrival as it was their opening weekend and gorgeous cheese and crackers left out for us. The room is so clean, gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and healthy while also indulgent, there is a spa and gym I’d love to check out next time I stay. The staff are so warm and kind and the downstairs bar is so cool and lovely. Shoutout to Sara who is amazing at her job!
