The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The beds INCREDIBLY comfortable and the PILLOWS!. I couldn't believe how full the breakfast room was as the hotel seemed so quiet - which was wonderful at bedtime! The breakfast was good - not a fan of the scrambled eggs, but the rest was good. The honeycomb was a lovely addition. Would've loved a better coffee though! My son loved the pool - I could've done with warm water in the spa pool! The 12pm check out time was a life changer.

The calm, relaxing vibe of the hotel was lovely. It smelled divine with the Rituals products and the hotel was very, very clean. Lovely, friendly staff and the pool facilities were great. The room was spacious, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had great choice and the setting for breakfast is great.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, hot water is actually hot (many times in London it was actually just warm, for a hot shower lovers it’s always a frustration), family-friendly, supportive staff.

We arrived early in the morning and our room was already available for check-in, which was great as we could drop our bags, freshen up and head out for the day. We also got a free upgrade, which was an added bonus ☺️ We’ve stayed here before and found it a great location for exploring with Southwark station less than 5 mins away.
