Had a lovely family trip to Novotel. The staff were attentive and really helpful. Olga, Marco, Ludwing, and Klea. Thank you very much. We would definitely return. The hotel was situated in a nice location near the cable carts and on the Elizabeth line, which is ideal going into central london.

Breakfast was delicious, and staff in the restaurant and hotel staff in general were attentive and polite! The hotel and room were clean, and the location was great. Bonus of being able to check in early and lovely touch that checkout is midday. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel is in a fabulous location. Very clean and welcoming staff. The room was a great size for a twin and had a fantastic view across to the Excel and docks. The outside deck was lovely to sit on with views of the O2.
