Perfect location just a one-minute walk from Tower Hill Underground. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fine, and the staff were genuinely polite and helpful, especially in the morning. The room had everything you could possibly need: plenty of power outlets and USB-C ports, a hairdryer and a flat iron. Our superior room came with (n)espresso and tea. The beds were fantastic and even our two kids had a very comfortable one.

Great location next to the tube, left our bags all day and didn’t end up checking in until 11pm. Staff were very friendly. Doors locked after 11pm so key access only. We had a great overnight stay. Would highly recommend.
