The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect — there were plenty of choices. The location was also good; it’s a bit outside the city center but still within walking distance. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious with several affordable options.

Novotel could stand to renovate the building, i.e.fresh wall coverings, paint..but other than that, the place is amazing. One block to Westminster Bridge, 5 minutes to Big Ben. Pubs and cafés close by. We didn't utilize the breakfast buffet, but we did have a great continental breakfast in the bar.
