Great location for the train and the Hackney Empire, in a quiet back street with a great pub, food looked delicious and hotel guests get discount on food and drinks. Comfy bed and tea and coffee facilities with plenty of bottled water. Heating was on but we opened the windows which made it more comfortable.

Staff welcome, friendly, accommodating. Small but perfectly formed single bedroom. Full length mirror. Bedside reading lamp. Sparklingly clean en-suite shower room, wardrobe, hairdrier and plentiful hot drinks coffer. Water carafe and bottled water. TV and comfy chair. Blackout blinds. Free internet. Bar and food pub available. Guest discounts.

Went for a wedding reception and the food and staff were excellent. The food was great very good, and the staff hard working and attentive.

I loved the location. Literally 2 minutes walk from Hackney Central, probably not even that. Close to breakfast places, gym just around the corner and the pub on top of which the hotel is located has amazing beers and even better food.

Very near Hackney Town Hall as we went for a wedding. Staff allowed us to check in early and it was nice having pre drinks in the pub. Fan in the room was needed and very much appreciated.

Excellent location for a wedding at Hackney Town Hall. Quiet as it is on a small pedestrian street. Easy to get into central London (30 minutes).

Location was great for what we needed, was clean, we had a choice of tea, coffee, bottles of water on arrival and toiletries, bed was comfortable. The security was good from the back entrance and we were given fobs to get in and out aswell as a key to the room.
