Location was perfect, nice size tv when you are unwinding after your busy day, staff friendly, rooms have all the basic amenities. Two shower heads, were amazing. King size room were a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast, although due to renovations was in their sister site, literally 2 minute walk away, had a decent buffet breakfast, not a huge vegetarian option but was fine, didn't have omelette but they have an omelette station, which looked decent. I also liked that outside our room was a water tap to fill the bottles up. Lifts were accessible. As the main entrance was closed off, one of the staff did help with our luggage down some stairs and then up the stairs to check in. Our first day the tv didn't work we notified reception desk when we returned batteries were replaced. Would've been nice if we could return to see it all done up.
