Guest Reviews

Hiba 8.0

The location (near Victoria train station) and the amenities of the room were great.

Aisling 8.0

Great location. Friendly staff.

Stephanie 8.0

Had a lovely stay overall and must say extra thanks to the reception staff who were extremely welcoming and friendly. We arrived early and paid for 3 hours early check in but they allowed us into the room at 10am which we greatly appreciated after an early flight. We were gifted a lovely bottle of wine for opting out of housekeeping during our 2 nights stay. The room was spacious, bed enormous and very comfortable. Great value for London and the communal areas have a luxe vibe.

The location was excellent, only a short walk to Little Big Ben and the theatre for Hamilton. I would like to mention Mash - one if the Reception / Concierge team. He was a fantastic support to us with our heavy and many items of luggage. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for him - thank you Mash.
