Very warm and friendly owner, location near city center

Sergio and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. They helped us plan our trip in Cappadocia and we were very grateful. The breakfast was really nice on the terrace. The room was also spacious and exactly what we wanted. Thank you! Do yourself a favor and do the Pigeon Valley and Red Valley hikes.

I loved the rooftop terrace and breakfast! It was in a great location. At the end of the day it was nice to have a beer on the terrace and look out onto the city. Sergio, the owner, is very nice and friendly.

Beautiful property, well located. Sergio was a fantastic host and it felt like he was inviting us into his home. He was amazingly helpful and clearly cared that all his guests had the best experience that they could.

Sergio and his team were outstanding and went above and beyond for everything. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. The best hotel I have stayed at during my 4-month Europe trip. From the moment you check in, you are greeted with kindness. Sergio is an expert with the local tourism and has all the contacts to book anything you would like to do. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the rooms spacious and the beds so comfortable. I could not rate this hotel any higher. A True Home Away From Home.

Booking services, cleanliness, good quiet location, well managed, and above all, a caring and responsive host. Sergio manages this place well and ensures his clients are perfectly satisfied with the place and services. Very satisfied with his arrangements for airport shuttle pickup, air balloon flights, red and green valley day tour. All done at a fair price, and significantly better than what I managed to get on online platforms. The cave restaurant recommendations were spot on too. The research i did before the trip proved unnecessary!. Sergio, thanks for EVERYTHING, keep up the good work!.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location and wonderful owner

Clean and neat. Lovely terrace from where to watch the balloons and have some tea. Located so that the main street is only a short walk away, but the hotel itself isn't bothered by any noise from bars or traffic. Staff was extremely helpful and even dropped us off for a hike and at our bus station when leaving. Hotel has a laundry service.

The location was close to shops and restaurants. Hot air balloon sighting was the best. We could see the balloons from our balcony.
