Guest Reviews
Shout out to the staff - Claudia was great!!!
The room as was very tastefully set up and had a four poster bed which we had booked.
Host was amazing and such good value for money.
Great hotel
Good location with a great restaurant (Brighton Curry) just round the corner. Quiet overnight - woken only by the sea birds.
This excedes what you expect for £50 and staff were excellent!
The decor was brilliant. The water and tea, coffee and biscuits. Comfy bedding.
Really lovely place. Very good location, clean and good value for money. Helpful staff. It was our second stay in Paskins Town House and when we are back in Brighton we will be back at Paskins Town House.
I knew there was No breakfast . Close to the seafront , great for a morning run, still very quiet
It was very welcoming, clean & the decor was amazing
This is a charming older house, beautifully decorated with various art deco wallpapers, and with (non-functional) fireplaces in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in a small room with a shared bathroom, but there was a sink in the room, and also a kettle with a selection of teas and instant coffees. Everything was clean and tidy. The sea is just a few minutes away (I could see a glimpse of it from my window), there are various restaurants close by, and within 15 to 20 Minutes you can walk to the city centre or to the pier. All in all, it was great value for the price.
Decor was lovely. Nice toiletries. Lots of tea, coffee and milks provided. Lovely to have an iron and ironing board in the room if needed. Easy to get in and out of the hotel at any time of day. Easy to sort parking passes and found a spot just round the corner from the hotel. Could see the sea when peeking out the window. Able to leave our cases in the reception after checking out so we were able to spend the day walking around before heading home in the afternoon. :-)
We didn't have the fancy room like in picture but great for us. It's an old building so book a hotel if you want perfect. Great location. 10 min walk but go by the seafront at the bottom of the road.
Good location, very quiet, good sized rooms, good room facilities.
Nice and clean
Great location in Kemptown, with the beach a 2 minute walk away, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops close by.
