Good location if you're driving as a little out of town, only 10 min walk. Good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooms.

I will give you 10 stars cause 11 is impossible! Best stay in a quiet hotel near the center of Goreme. 10 minutes walk from restaurants and night shops, and very quiet to take a good rest. In the morning you can see from the terrace the beauty of hundreds of baloons in the sky. Hotel crew was fantastic and kind, available to clarify any doubt. They also booked our baloon tour and offered also multiple other experiences that we didn’t do only because we had different plans

Good location for balloon

The hotel is very beautiful, even if outside gets really cold, rooms aren’t, that makes it really comfortable. The breakfast is really good. Staff are kind.

Great rooms and customer service

Walking distance to the town of Goreme, but quiet. Room is nicely decorated. View from the roof top terrace for the morning balloons is excellent.

Lovely freshly cooked hot food, olives etc, breads and cakes. Layla and Hatice were lovely, cheerful and very helpful especially when I explained I was a vegetarian getting me out fresh items. Breakfast room is a great location on the top floor especially for the balloons. Zehra and Donsel keep the hotel spotless. Reception staff Farshad, Muhammet and Hazim were always available and helpful. Even when we arrived at 04:30 due to flight issues. Eftal you have a lovely hotel with excellent staff who treat your guests with the greatest respect. We had an amazing 6 nights in Göreme. Highlight Ballon Flight at dawn closely followed by watching the balloons flying over the hotels roof top at dawn. Yes most of our stay we were up before dawn. Ps all the photos are taken either from our room 7 or the rooftop. So much to see in all directions. A bonus for hotels location

This is the best hotel in all the region! I loved it, this was my best time in Turkey! And all the stuff are great!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Contact beforehand to help arrange activities while in Kapadokya was helpful. Room was large with enough space for us both to unpack our suitcases. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It is right on the edge of the town of Goreme but an easy walk 4 minute walk to the busy town. Balloon landed right next to hotel making for great photos

Good value for money, very friendly staff that met every need or request. We took a balloon flight through them and that was also a wonderful experience

Comfortable room

Beautiful rooftop and excellent breakfast with lots of options! The room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. AC was strong, which was a lifesaver in the 100F July heat. Shower pressure was great and no issues with hot or cold water. Includes toiletries and travel amenities, e.g. hairdryer and make-up mirror.
