Prime Inn

We stayed for four days and three nights. The room was number 10 and had a very comfortable double bed, a television opposite the bed, a small wardrobe on one side of the bed, and a window and mini fridge on the other side of the bed. There was also a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Both the bathroom and the room were a bit small, but sufficient for what we wanted: to rest, wash and sleep. We brought a large suitcase that took up quite a bit of space when we laid it down, but when we closed it, we could walk around the room. One positive point was that the television had Chromecast, so we could continue watching our series without any problems during our stay! As for breakfast, I considered the value for money to be acceptable given the total amount paid for three nights. There was a variety of sweet options (croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins, waffles, etc.) and savoury options (bread for toast, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, etc.). There was also a variety of drinks, juices, cold milk, water, coffee, tea, etc. and other extras such as Nutella, honey and jam. The quality of the products could be improved, but, as I said, the value for money is very good and you can have breakfast and save money. I didn't notice whether or not there was a microwave to heat the milk. The breakfast room is small. We went around 8 a.m. and there was only one other family there. On the last day, we went around 9 a.m. and there were more people, but we had no trouble finding a seat without having to wait. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. When we arrived, we left our suitcase and went off to enjoy London. When we returned, our suitcase had been taken up to our room and we had received a message via Booking.com. Overall, we really liked the hotel's location, very close to Hyde Park, Paddington Station and Edgware Road.

Locations is amazing, staff are friendly and helpful. Additionally breakfast although basis was good .Tasty Coffee and scrambled egg.

Don’t do breakfast. Good shower Quiet. I am on the top floor and you don’t get to hear any loud voices or crowds. Only problem, I am nearly 70 years old and climbing 3 floors and carrying suitcase is a big no. The person who was on duty was not very friendly though he did help to offer to carry my suitcase up. I think potential clients who is not fit should be warned that there are 3 flights of stairs to climb. This should be put in the booking section then at least it is up to the individual to take that risk. Fortunately I was there only two nights, which work out fine.
