How welcoming and friendly the owners where

The location was steps away from the promenade and a tram stop. Breakfast was made fresh to order and was great quality. The room features were modern and was exceptionally clean. The bar area was cosy and welcoming and parking was secure. Overall a little gem of a place , we will go back and definatley recommend.

Everything. Starting with the booking, the ease of contact, the arrival and meeting our hosts Jo & Andy... Very welcoming and helpful. Then the room...this puts many of the well known hotels if not all of them to shame, well provisioned large TV, the bed or beds this may have been a family room but wow lovely, then comes the best part to the end of our stay....the breakfast... absolutely lovely... Andy you were outstanding in the kitchen and I am not being sexist here as your better half told us you are the cook. Did I miss to mention the TV. Can't wait to get to stay again

The location is fantastic and the premises were impeccably clean, which enhanced our overall comfort during our stay. One standout aspect was the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I did have a minor incident where I accidentally broke the hand wash dispenser, but I was pleasantly surprised by how the management handled it. Instead of being upset, they were understanding and gracious, which truly reflects their excellent customer service. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a pleasant and stress-free experience!

Absolutely everything. Jo and Andy were amazing hosts. Very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. Comfortable beds, great shower and fab breakfast. Couldn't have asked for better. Everything fantastic from start to finish. Regular communication from Jo & Andy from booking it to arrival. Accommodation to a high standard, rooms very clean and decorated to a high standard. Honestly 10/10. Jo rang me on booking to check car size to see if it would fit in car park. Was very relaxed on whenever I could get there and checked me in straight away. Room was beautiful and super clean. beds very comfy. They make the best cocktails which they bring to the room. Only £4.95. I highly recommend the kiss me kwick. Breakfast amazing in the morning. One minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again.

A comfy room and surprisingly quiet considering we are in Blackpool. We were very well looked after by Jo and Andy, They also provided us with car parking which was a massive help. Had a lovely time in the Rossall house the hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast was superb, I really like the eggs they were amazing. I come to Blackpool a few times a year and when we return I will definitely be coming back to the Rossall House.
